About Me
In our work I will offer you confidentiality, respect, empathy, honesty and trust. As well as a place to talk, be heard and to explore feelings and emotions.
I believe that everyone has their own unique and individual way of seeing and experiencing the
world. Through counselling I offer the opportunity to experience a working relationship where you
are fully accepted as an individual.
I offer face to face, online, telephone and walk and talk counselling.
I also work within a school counselling provision, working with young people and staff with problems
such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, identity, life changes, self harm.
I love being outdoors and also offer walk and talk therapy, giving the opportunity to talk through
issues while walking using local footpaths. I feel that having therapeutic conversations in the
outdoors, either walking or sitting on a bench adds a different dynamic to the experience.
I’m fully insured and a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework.
I know that counselling can seem daunting, I aim to offer a relaxed and compassionate space where
you can be yourself, speak freely, be heard and supported to make positive changes to develop self
awareness, increase self esteem and look at things with a clearer understanding.
